Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CineMat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

CineMat is an AI-powered storyboard generation platform for filmmakers and advertising agencies. The service uses third-party AI models to generate scripts, visual content, and voiceovers.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. Each workspace supports 1 owner and up to 2 guests. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide. AI-generated content created through CineMat is licensed to you for commercial use under your active subscription.

Acceptable Use

Do not generate illegal, harmful, or rights-violating content
Do not reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Do not share credentials or API tokens
Do not circumvent rate limits or abuse quotas
Do not generate content depicting minors inappropriately

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. AI credits are consumed per generation. Unused credits do not roll over. Cancel anytime via the billing portal.

Refunds

Refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if no AI generations have been used. Contact support for requests.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party AI services may experience downtime outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

CineMat is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime, permanently removing all data per GDPR.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law and the laws of the Slovak Republic.
